Workplace Health Promotion
More than a third of the Welsh population are employed. They spend more than a third of their waking hours at work. Therefore the workplace is an ideal place for health promotion. In Wales 10.5 million days are lost through sickness absence, costing the Wales economy £0.5 billion.
