Pledge to Take Your Own Challenge
As part of Health Challenge Denbighshire we are encouraging people to ‘take the challenge’. This challenge can be anything you want it to be.
It could be that you want to stop smoking, or take more exercise or maybe you want to eat more fruit and vegetables.
The challenge can be done as an individual or you could involve your family or work colleagues. This may help you to stick to the challenge as you can all encourage each other.
