The Health Challenge Denbighshire award for Healthy Living was presented at the Optic Centre, St Asaph Business Park, on 11th March 2008.

The Health Challenge Denbighshire awards were open to any person, people or organisation that has contributed to the better health and well-being agenda.The project or work must relate to one or more of the themes of Health Challenge Denbighshire. The themes are:

• Physical activity
• Health eating
• Smoking
• Accidents and injuries
• Sexual health
• Mental well-being and
• Alcohol and substance misuse.

The winner was Llanferres Badminton Club, and Graham Harvey was presented with a trophy at the event, and £250 towards future healthy living activities.
